It's an interesting track and I'm glad that they decided to recruit the LPJZ Street Team to be the Fort Minor Street Team. I actually enjoy both projects a lot and wouldn't mind promoting them. Also, I'd like to give my teamers some more incentive to come out and promote again. What with school and LP persuing other stuff, the street team was like floating in the middle of a busy soup haha. Click the image to hear what Fort Minor's been up to.

Useless Couture is a clothing line started by Joey DeGraw, Gavin DeGraw (of One Tree Hill theme song fame) and their good friend Jon Mayor that is dedicated to bringing about a new twist on casual wear, but also helping out a good cause.

A portion of all proceeds go to the ASPCA, an organization dedicated to helping homeless animals. So if you have some cash to spend, consider giving Useless Couture a try.

Useless Couture started on the back of a tour bus through the Midwest, with two musicians and a photographer stealing each others clothes and looking at trends in the crowd. We all used to wear each others shirts and dig the same shit and we started talking about what we liked and didn’t like and we saw what was going on with the clothing industry. We looked at what people were wearing to the shows and in all the cities, colorful and true fitting stuff, funny stuff, some outspoken and socially conscious stuff, and we thought we’d play along.

The goal was simple - to help good causes and make perfect t shirts for men and women, made soft and fun and in vivid brilliant colors, with a perfect fit and built to wear a week or two in a row. Subtly edgy and provocative, but endlessly wearable and with an aesthetic that always just works. We wanted to have some fun and make good shit and not take it all too seriously.

The complete line is being built now and we’re working on more than just T shirts, starting with denim and skirts and dresses for fall and accessories and some other things for both men and women, but we’re pleased to launch and bring you some T shirts and get it all rolling. We thank you in advance for your generous support.

Useless Couture

Currently being pimped by the likes of Ryan Cabrera, Gavin DeGraw and Joey DeGraw.

Thanks :D

Well kids, this month I have been informing people as well as asking people's opinion on health care proxies and living wills. For those of you who don't know what they are, I am here to inform you!

A living will is basically a document that you make out (being of sound mind) that has explicit and specific instructions on what you want done in terms of your health care in the case that you become mentally or physically incapable of making your own health care decisions. This can include your desire to have your life sustained by artificial means (feeding tube, respirator, etc.).

A health care proxy is a person you assign to carry out your wishes in case you become incapacitated and make relevant health care decisions for you when you cannot. This person will be the one who signs off on procedures you may want or refuse those you don't. This is the person that will make the decisions for you on your behalf and according to your wishes.

Think of it like the living will is an instruction manual and the proxy is the person you want carrying it out.

I meant to post/talk about this issue, not to be morbid or anything, but to point out that it is a very important issue that you should discuss with the people that mean to the most to you (family, friends, etc.) People usually don't discuss these topics until it's too late. Like in the classical cases of Carrie Ann Quinlan, Nancy Cruzan and most recently Terry Schivo, any uncertainty regarding your personal wishes on the matter can get tossed into court and decided on by society, rather than yourself. Having these two documents clear it all up.

If you want more info on any of these two, feel free to ask me, speak to a health care provider or Google. Keep in mind that what I wrote above is the BARE MINIMUM in info regarding the topics. (I didn't want to make this entry too long =b)If you have spoken to someone about this, get it in writing. That's the only way your wishes will usually not be contested. Remember, this country's stance on health care is to save a life. As long as you're breathing and alive (which doesn't necessarily mean "living"), that's how they'll keep you till nature takes its course.

Yes, so discuss! =)

Hey guys,

I recently purchased an extra ticket to see The Wreckers feat. Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp on the One Tree Hill Tour at Roseland Ballroom in NYC. I decided to make my stupid mistake into the benefit of others. I've decided to give away my ticket.

Now you may think this is too good to be true, and yeah there's a small catch, but a good one. The ticket is completely free however, I would like the person who wishes to obtain it to donate at least $25 dollars (which is still less than what I paid to Ticketmaster) to Music For Relief.

To keep the fact that the ticket is free, I will give the person $25 worth of the roses I handmade for my Music For Relief fundraising project. Below, is a picture of the roses. These roses actually have a background to them because I have given similar roses (but with individualized markers) to Michelle Branch herself and each member of Linkin Park. So yeah, if you want, you can think of it as a connection to these two artists, who also highly support Music For Relief. You get to choose the colors you want for the roses as well, but I have very limited colors available.

SO!, you'll be getting a FREE ticket to see Michelle Branch in her new venture AND help support those in need over in South East Asia. If you're interested, feel free to comment or PM me. Thanks a lot guys.
